My role has always been to stand on the client\u2019s side \u2014 independently, professionally, and without influence from insurance companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2021, I summarized my practical experience and knowledge in the book <strong>\u201c<\/strong>Insurance: A Handbook for Non-Professionals<strong>\u201d<\/strong>, created to help people better understand this complex field and protect their interests with confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My Specialization \u2014 Complex Insurance Claims<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have always been drawn to complex claims \u2014 cases that require investigation, analysis, and attention to detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If lawyers search for legal provisions, I search for facts. In many ways, my work is investigative by nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Insurance claims are rarely straightforward. Because compensation often involves significant financial exposure for the insurer, every payout is usually reviewed with great scrutiny and attention to detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My task as an insurance expert is to identify mistakes, technical inconsistencies, weak assumptions, or legal gaps that can influence the insurer\u2019s decision \u2014 and use them to challenge unfair assessments or claim denials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I know the insurance business from the inside. I understand how decisions are made, how losses are evaluated, and how insurance companies build their arguments.
